for non-indonesian residents, you can preorder even if you cannot physically go to cf21. i'll only be able to send your stuff after i return to manila. please bear with me as it’s been a while since i last handled international orders, but i’m coordinating with friends to make sure everything goes smoothly. ^^

[tentative] some items that will be later be included in the catalogue (such as pins, fans, and stickers) might not have a preorder period and will only be available for purchase on site.

simply place an order via google forms. all items require a downpayment ("reservation fee") to reserve.

the downpayment (or reservation fee) is the minimum amount required to secure an item. it applies per item and not to the entire order.

this fee is non-refundable but fully consumable, meaning it will be deducted from the total price. for example, if an item costs ₱550 and you’ve already paid a ₱200 reservation fee, your remaining balance will only be ₱350.

all reservation fees are not refundable as they go directly into helping me fund the production of merch, together with my own capital.

you may choose to pay just the reservation fee first and settle the remaining balance later, or pay the full amount upfront.

please note that even if an item has already been paid for, there may still be small additional costs during the production phase. for example, design upgrades, changes in materials, packaging, transaction fees, or shipping and import taxes (if applicable). these adjustments are only made to ensure you receive the best quality possible.

shipping fees, if applicable, will be added to the second half of the merchandise payment.

batches exist because certain items must be made earlier due to supplier timelines and shipping from the original source to my country. this helps with planning and avoids a rush near the deadline.

you can pre-order for the first batch now and then order again for the next batches later, just use the same name and information you placed in the form. no worries -- the order form will be updated for the second batch and set up in a way that it’s easy/convenient for you.

if you are hosting a group order, only the organizer needs to fill out the order form. to avoid discrepancies, please double-check that the type and quantity of items are correct before submitting. as the organizer, you will be the main person responsible for managing the group’s orders.

when i travel to indonesia, i’ll only be bringing the planned quantity of items, minus those set aside for international orders. i also want to avoid additional baggage fees when i travel back home, as my luggage has limited space.

once i return to the philippines, i can no longer produce items that were originally made in indonesia or china. however, items from philippine-based suppliers can still be produced. because of this, international orders may sometimes experience a longer production and waiting time.

oh don't worry, i've got help! i'm coordinating with sachi (philippines/overseas) and berlin (china) to assist me with the ordering process. we'll do our best to make sure everything goes smoothly for both parties (your and our end!)

if a customer from china purchases an item made in china, the item will remain in china and won’t require international shipping. this usually results in a lower final price, since shipping fees and related costs are reduced.

the same applies to customers in the philippines buying items made in the philippines, and to customers in indonesia buying items made in indonesia.

courier options: gogo express (ncr), lbc (ncr/provincial), and for nearer areas: grab and lalamove. buyer pays for shipping.

items will be sent via phlpost express mail service (EMS) or via dhl.

import taxes are dependent on the country you're at, so additional costs might be incurred at the recipient's location.

Requirements: [1] Downpayment is required for me to begin the commission, at least 50%. The final amount will be calculated after discussing details of the commission. [2] I draw using my current style at the time of commission, I will not mimic someone else's style. Anatomy can be adjusted to cater what you like but if it no longer reflects my style, I will not continue with the commission and your downpayment will not be refunded.

Big NO's: [1] No refunds for commissions I already started on. Notify me immediately if you want to cancel the order for whatever reason. [2] No rushed work, even if you're willing to pay extra. [3] No last-minute revisions when the artwork is already in the later stages of development (base colors and beyond). Please make sure the references you have given are correct, and double-check the WIPs I sent for you to check.

Pricing: All amounts listed are starting/base prices in USD. The price for an order may increase depending on factors such as complexity and details.

Usage: [1] Unless agreed on otherwise, all commissioned artworks are for personal-use only. Commercial-use artworks are charged higher. VTuber-related illustrations and assets are considered commercial-use by default and so will be charged higher. [2] All of my produced artworks can't be used for NFT. [3] All of my produced artworks can't be used for, or to train AI Art generators. [4] All of my produced artwork cannot be used as a base for other illustrations not made by me. [5] Common courtesy, do not claim my work as your own. [6] Don't remove my artist signature or watermark in the commission. It does not they get in the way of the illustration.

Rights: All produced artworks by me will always be mine. I have the right to publish/post them in my portfolio. You must give credit to me (koactus) where it's due.

Penalties: If you ordered an artwork for personal-use but later made it for commercial-use, the penalty rate will be base price plus five times (x5) of the original price. Example: $20 (base) + $100 (5x base) = $120 total penalty fee. The bill for the penalty fee needs to be settled immediately. There will also be additional penalty charges if the commission was illegally made into production (printed media, etc) and sold.
